Goodkin Consulting has extensive experience in planned community development, extending back to many of the pioneering projects of the 1960s. Many of the planned communities that we helped our clients to shape have won awards from the Urban Land Institute.

Through the decades, our senior professionals have assisted with major “new towns,” including The Irvine Ranch, Mission Viejo, Columbia, Weston, Westlake Village, Martin Downs, Disney Holdings, Pelican Bay, Pembrook Lakes, Silver Lake, PGA-National, ITT-Palm Coast, St. Lucie West, Valencia and Bonita Bay.

We have also helped clients plan large-scale residential developments, such as country club and golf course communities, in suburban and rural settings, helping to achieve sales and absorption objectives at each phase of an ongoing project.
