GOODKIN CONSULTING ANNOUNCES NEW
REAL ESTATE ENGAGEMENTS IN SEVEN STATES
MIAMI, FL – Goodkin Consulting has recently been engaged to conduct real estate market studies for clients in seven
states, announced Lewis M. Goodkin, president of the Miami-based firm.
“These in-depth studies cover a broad scope of real estate developments from vertical high-rise projects and waterfront resorts to urban town centers and large-scale planned communities,” said Goodkin. “Our team for each engagement will be directed by one of our firm’s experienced senior consultants.”
While details of the engagements are confidential, Goodkin said the studies involve potential new developments in Alabama, Nevada, Virginia, New Jersey, Texas, Massachusetts and Florida. They include an in-depth analysis of a Florida-based public company’s high-rise condominium portfolio and a 5,000-acre community analysis in western Texas conducted through the firm’s joint services alliance with URS Corporation, one of the world’s largest engineering design firms.
Widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading consultants to the real estate industry, Goodkin has directed more research on large-scale planned communities, golf resort communities, condominium communities and residential resorts than any other market analyst in the United States. Goodkin is the author of the highly acclaimed book, “When Real Estate and Home Building Becomes Big Business,” was selected by the Library Journal as one of the year’s best business books, and has written more than 1,500 professional articles.
